Nurtured Birth Doula
My journey into the birth world began shortly after a traumatic hospital birth with my oldest son in 2015. I began researching and learning all that I could and that lead to a beautiful waterbirth in 2017 with my second son. This healing birth thrusted me into the birth world almost overnight! In 2018 I trained with a homebirth midwife - I fell in love with birth and have since supported countless families. I feel so honored to be able to share my expertise with likeminded women and families as I approach birth holistically.

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Nurturing you
The postpartum time is also called the fourth trimester - being nurtured and supported during this time is vital! During this time I will provide nurturing support to get you through the sacred bonding and healing time needed with your baby!
PRENATAL SUPPORT
Nurturing your pregnancy
Prenatal visits are a great way to get informed about your body and the changes you will experience during pregnancy! These one on one 90 minute sessions are in place to provide time to discuss birth wishes, learn about evidence based choices and all things pregnancy!
BIRTH SUPPORT
Nurturing your birth
Birth is sacred and my support during this time is unlimited. I will walk hand in hand with you from beginning to end. My role during this time is to provide comfort measures with my scope, share birth affirmations with you, emotional support to your birthing companion and ensure your wishes are honored during this vulnerable time!
